Table Rates (6’ tables)

• 1-4 tables: $15 each
• Additional tables (if available) $30

Please return the completed Dealer's Registration Form accompanied with the table fee by November 10^th to the address listed below.

The 3rd table is now converted to "space". These "spaces" will only be on the outside walls, and by necessity are limited. Floor mounted displays, booths, etc., would be perfect use for this type of "space". ChambanaCon allocates tables as it sees fit. Any issues with table allocation must be taken up with the con staff (in extremis, the con Chair).

Registration is not included in the Table price. Dealers must purchase and wear badges to be in the Dealer’s room.

Setup: Friday, set up will be at 12:00 noon , open to the public at 2 pm . It will close at 8:00 pm. Saturday, the Dealer room will open at 11:00 am , and close at 5:30 pm. Sunday, the Dealer room will open at 11:00 am and close to the public at 3:00 pm .  The room closes by 4:00 pm on Sunday.

RESTRICTIONS:

• WEAPONRY SOLD ONLY WITH PROOF OF INSURANCE! To protect both the con and the seller, Dealers selling anything that could be considered dangerous in the hands of children of any age must acquire product liability insurance.
• NO PETS IN THE DEALER ROOM!

The con provides the space and the opportunity for the Dealers to sell. We maintain a security force, but ChambanaCon takes no responsibility for lost or pilfered items.
